Linear Draft & Animation

The client chose the concept with 4 people surrounding various objects transforming. It was important to showcase diverse individuals, each representing different aspects of the university. The various transforming objects in the center represent different areas of research.

Blue hearts were chosen to match the final giving website button color.

Final Draft

For the final animation, we decided to simplify the character design and remove the background. I chose a cool color palette for the people, and a contrasting warm color palette for the center objects.

The final animation was created using both frame-by-frame animation in Procreate and animation/compositing in Adobe After Effects.
